科研项目

目前从事的研究工作主要包括半导体纳米晶及光电器件、低维光电功能材料及光探测器、钙钛矿发光材料、碳基功能薄膜等方面的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金、教育部博士点新教师基金、江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师项目、校自主科研重大研究计划杰/优青培育项目、中科院海洋新材料与应用技术重点实验室开放课题、南京理工大学卓越计划“紫金之星”资助项目,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划973)课题。
